Strategic Energy Roadmap
with Proven Indigenous Impact

Multi Oil and Gas Company (Nigeria) Limited has built a strong legacy in Nigeria’s oil and gas sector through strategic asset acquisitions, impactful partnerships, and indigenous participation.

Since incorporation, the company has consistently secured high-value opportunities—such as its 20% stake in OPL 275 from the 2007 Bid Round through a consortium with Pan Ocean/Trilink Petroleum.

In 2011, Multi Oil played a key advisory role to Neconde Energy and currently holds a 2% equity stake (in trust with Gobowen Ltd), underscoring its deep sectoral influence.

Beyond E&P, the company has expanded into marine logistics and inspection services. Through subsidiaries, it partners with the Nigerian Ports Authority on a Public-Private Partnership for the Lagos IPCIS project and contributes to gas export inspection via the Gulf Inspection Service Consortium under NEES.

Grounded in regulatory compliance, local content, and operational excellence, Multi Oil continues to shape Nigeria’s energy landscape with vision and purpose.
